Mailbox FAQ's

WHAT KIND OF ADDRESS WILL I HAVE?
Mailbox customers receive their mail at a street address, which allows for receipt of packages from private carriers such as UPS and FedEx as well as US Mail. The proper address formats are as follows:

It is imperative that the correct address format is used in accordance with postal regulations. Only the address designation of "PMB" (for Private Mailbox) or the # sign is acceptable. No other designation is allowed, and the use of a "misleading" designation such as suite, apt., dept., or box can result in having mail receiving privileges suspended by the USPS.

How Private is a Private Mailbox?
Pack & Mail plus will not reveal a customer's name, telephone or address to non-law enforcement or non-postal personnel.

What if I receive a package to large for my mailbox?
Mailbox renters have 24 hour access to the mail placed in their boxes. Packages too large to fit in a box are available for pick-up during regular business hours.
